Custom Creations: All jewelry is handmade-to-order.

Personalization: You approve all engraving/text details at checkout. We’re not responsible for spelling errors you provide.

Material Safety: We use only hypoallergenic materials compliant with ASTM F2923 (Children’s Jewelry Safety Standard).

2. Ordering & Payment
Custom Orders: Require full payment upfront. Production begins after payment confirmation.

International Sales: Prices in USD. Your bank may charge conversion fees.

Accepted Methods: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Klarna.

3. Shipping & Delivery (International)
Processing Time: 3-5 business days for customization.

Shipping: Via DHL/FedEx/UPS. Delivery times vary by country.

Import Duties: Buyer’s responsibility. We declare accurate values.

Tracking: Provided in shipping confirmation email.

4. Returns & Exchanges
Custom Items: Non-returnable (personalized for you).

Non-Custom Items: May be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

Damaged/Defective Items: Email photos to daisyamerica@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery for replacement.

5. Safety First
Child Safety: All designs feature secure clasps, breakaway mechanisms, and rounded edges.

6. Intellectual Property
Our Designs: All jewelry designs, photos, and website content are owned by daisyamerica.

Personal Use Only: You may not reproduce or resell our designs.

Your Content: By submitting customization requests/photos, you grant us production rights.

7. Liability Limitations
Intended Use: Jewelry is for decorative wear only. Not responsible for misuse.

Allergies: While hypoallergenic, we cannot guarantee reactions for all individuals.

Maximum Liability: Limited to order value.

8. Governing Law
Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by Hong Kong SAR law.
